This Ruby-throated Hummingbird shocked me this week because she should have been long gone, flown south with the cooler autumnal winds. Not only has she hung around Inniswoods, but evidently has really fattened up due to the lack of competition for nectar. This is the fatest hummingbird I have ever encountered!
